Term of Service

You relationship with Shooturmail begins with the day of your registration. The provided Service allows the End User to send electronic messages carrying rich and unlimited media content, including images, music, sound clips and other audiovisual and/or interactive features. Addition, alteration and updating of any new feature and enhancement to the existing Service shall be subject to the terms and conditions described in the Agreement.

Anti-Spam Policy

Shooturmail has no appetite for spam and user accounts will get closed immediately on sending any unsolicited email message. A an end user, you are allowed to purchase lists, produce emails from web sites, send email to a person who has requested to be removed from your list, send out unrelated offers or unrelated content. On the other hand, while supplying email lists, ensure to use the email addresses of only those people who share a pre-existing business or personal relationship with you or who have shown their interest in receiving email communications from you under the “opt-in” option. Also, do not avert a subscriber from automatically removing themselves from your list.

Outlawed Content

Shooturmail strictly forbids its use for certain kinds of commercial activities such as pornography, hate-speech, and unlawful products or services. Anything that can invite adverse issues including viruses, worms, harmful code and/or Trojan horses on the Internet is completely prohibited. Also, content that advocates, promotes or encourages hostility against any governments, organizations, groups or individuals or that carries guidelines, information or assistance in causing or violence is not entertained. Shooturmail has the exclusive right of prohibiting its use by any company or site at its sole discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Both the parties are liable to cancel a user’s account for any reason, at any point of time. Your subscription fee is paid in advance and there is no provision for prorating or refunding our service.
All cancellations are required to be done in writing. Send us a cancellation request and on receipt of it, we will schedule your cancellation. Till your renewal date, your account will remain accessible and active. At the time of cancellation, delete from our system your all email lists, campaigns, and reports.

Please take in account that until we receive, complete Cancellation Request from you, your account will be charged monthly for your subscriptions fee. Inactivity in your account will not stand for any sort of cancellation. Breaching any terms of Service or inability of verifying your given information can also result in your account termination at our sole discretion.
